LET’S CHAT

Whether you call, message or visit our display home, the first step is a friendly chat with no strings attached. We want to get to know you; what you need, what you love, and what your budget looks like.

LOCKING IN LAND

If you’ve already got land, great! If not, we’ll help you find the perfect block and even hold it for you while we work through the details. We’ll also handle things like soil tests and site surveys early so there are no surprises later on.

DESIGNED FOR YOU

Together, we’ll design a home that suits your lifestyle, land, and budget. Whether we stick to the plan or build something more custom, we’ll guide you through each step. We’ll also take a small deposit here, so we can start creating something real for you.

FINAL SELECTIONS & FIXED PRICE CONTRACT

Once your design is ready, we’ll help you select the right colours, finishes, and details to bring it to life. We’ll then walk you through a transparent, fixed-price contract that works within your budget; that means no surprises or hidden costs, ever.

FINANCE & BUILD PREPARATION

We’ll work closely with you (and your broker or bank) to get the green light on finance. Once approved, we’ll take your 5% deposit to start preparing your build.

THE BUILD

Your home is officially underway! From slab to finishing touches, you’ll receive fortnightly progress reports, site photos, and ongoing support from your dedicated contact, as well as the opportunity for site walk-throughs at certain milestones.

HANDOVER & AFTERCARE

Once your home is complete, we’ll review every detail together to make sure everything is perfect before handing over the keys. But that doesn’t mean we’ll disappear; we check in within 12 months and stay available for if and when you need.
